Over 20 years in IC layout design, with more than 60 chip designs delivered across TSMC and GlobalFoundries processes. Previously layout team lead at MobixLabs and Movandi. Leads industrialisation, qualification and foundry management.

Eight years at Cambridge Silicon Radio leading analog, RF and mixed-signal sub-systems for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS chipsets. Later Samsung, then AMD's most senior technical grade in Melbourne, designing 60 GHz power amplifiers and PLLs.

Principal antenna and packaging engineer at Movandi, designing phased-array modules from 28 GHz to 140 GHz. Formerly antenna system R&D lead at EM Solutions and a lecturer at the University of Queensland. Sixty publications and several antenna patents.

Twenty years in semiconductor test and IC validation across Analog Devices, Infineon and Silanna. Expert in automated test equipment, characterisation of new IC designs and bench automation.

Joined as an IC design intern in 2022 after interning at L3Harris. Built the automation tooling that integrates 3D package models and bond wires into IC simulation, cutting design cycle time across the team.

Chartered Accountant with over 20 years in financial and commercial control across global multinationals and listed companies. At MILLIBEAM she has built the finance function, launched the HRIS and opened two additional offices.

Partner at Main Sequence, leading investments across semiconductors, optics and AI. Board member at several deep-tech companies. Previously director of invention development at Intellectual Ventures.
