H4C1Q7
The H4C1Q7 is a high-power, high-efficiency multi-stage GaN Doherty power amplifier for 5G NR n78 macro base stations, delivering 48 dBm (60 W) saturated output power across 3.3–3.8 GHz with 20 dB gain and ±1 dB flatness.
The Doherty architecture achieves approximately 40% average power-added efficiency at 8 dB output back-off, suited to high-PAPR 5G NR waveforms, and supports 100 MHz signal bandwidth with 2× 100 MHz carrier aggregation. It is the n78 counterpart to the H4O1Q7. Housed in an 11.2×10.8 mm QFN with 50 Ω matched I/O.
