The H4W1G1 is a high-performance, multi-stage GaN MMIC power amplifier designed for radar, satellite communications, and point-to-point radio applications. It delivers 7.2 W of RF output power across a wideband 2–6 GHz frequency range with 26 dB of small signal gain and ±1 dB flatness.

The device achieves 36% peak power added efficiency and features 50 Ω matched input and output impedances with no external matching components required. Single VGG and VDD supply pins serve all transistor stages, enabling a compact, low-cost PCB footprint. Housed in a 4 mm × 5 mm QFN package with unconditional RF stability guaranteed from DC to 20 GHz.
